After a week with cloouds and rain the sky cleared in the early morning of november 21. Only 30 minutes after I started the all sky camera, a bright magnitude -5 Leonid appeared in Ursa Minor. Interestingly, the meteor appeared before Polaris. That happened to me once before, on August 14, 1986 I photographed a -4 Perseide before the North Star.
